Shay Haghighat
INSTRUCTOR
I’ve been practicing yoga for more than 20 years. My journey began at YogaWorks where I completed both my 200 and 300 hour Teacher Training certificates, and I started teaching there in 2010. I’ve continued my education by taking workshops with senior teachers such as Annie Carpenter, Dharma Mittra, and Ana Forrest (to name a few). One of my favorite yoga memories was when I assisted my mentor, Erika Burkhalter, at the Wanderlust Yoga Festival in 2011. I continue to take classes from fellow teachers on a regular basis. My students have described my classes as fun, thoughtful, and dynamic. I feel a deep sense of gratitude for my teachers, students, and yoga community.

Jennifer Smith
INSTRUCTOR
Jennifer Smith is a yoga teacher dedicated to teaching the yogic lifestyle through helping her students appreciate the process and not just the goal. Jennifer empowers her students on and off the mat with the message to never give up, but always let go. She teaches with a tangible energy and ingenuity that compels her students to trust the process and find the best in themselves. She firmly believes in using perseverance, honesty, and universal morality to help guide students to their path to true happiness. Jennifer’s approach to teaching has been formed by her deep interest in medicine. Graduating from Monmouth university with a double degree in Biology and Psychology she realized that western medicine could only offer so much; she then became dedicated to finding other alternatives. She studied Hatha yoga and Ayurveda in Rishikesh, India then also concentrated on Ashtanga under Caroline Klebl. Her teaching style blends yogic therapy, with mindful sequencing and correct alignment while focusing on the breath to create a moving meditation. Her teaching and energy create a refuge for her students while pushing them to grow beyond their expectations. Her teaching styles include hatha, Ashtanga, children’s, vinyasa flow, power, restorative, yin, meditation, and pranayama. With practice, we can shed the layers of our egos to let our true selves shine!

Brynn Yniguez
INSTRUCTOR
I have been teaching yoga for over 20 years, and I never stop being inspired by the practice. As a yoga instructor, I feel that my role is to inspire students to move and live in a more mindful and intentional way. My teaching style is influenced by three decades of studying with master yoga and meditation teachers from a variety of traditions including but not limited to Ashtanga, Iyengar, Vinyasa Flow, Viniyoga, Yin, Restorative, Shadow, Power, Bhakti, and Insight Meditation. I am also heavily influenced by my personal meditation practice as well as my background in philosophy, psychology, and sociology. Currently my most influential teacher is my daily life. I find that every day is filled with opportunities to pause, be present, feel the fullness of the moment, and respond compassionately and wisely. My alignment-based vinyasa flow style blends anatomical precision, philosophical eloquence, and spiritual curiosity with the hope of de-mystifying the practice of yoga and helping students to find more ease in their bodies. You will leave your mat with a renewed feeling of wellness, awareness, and belonging. Learn more about me, my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Trainings, and my Yoga Retreats at TrueFlowYoga.com
